It’s here!
The new Precursive Mobile app is now available and will make your life easier!
Here’s just some of the stuff you can now do:
View and submit timesheets and expenses
Approve items in bulk
Submit your holidays on the go
The new and improved mobile app will offer an enhanced Salesforce native experience, offering extended functionalities for individual contributors, as well as project managers and resource managers.
GROUPING RESOURCES & REQUESTS
At Precursive, we know that understanding capacity can be a challenge. We are constantly looking for better ways to improve this task for you. That’s why we’re making it much easier to check the capacity across multiple roles for an upcoming project on the Precursive Plan.
This will let you maximize employee utilization across the business and better plan resource allocation. This focused view will allow you to quickly see the capacity around each resource group.
Available Groupings include:
Resource Name: As it says on the tin! Organize by person.
Resource Role: Group your team by their job role, e.g. Project Manager, Analyst.
Resource Department: Group your resources by department, e.g. PMO, Technical Consultancy, Solution Architects.
WEEKLY & MONTHLY CAPACITY OVERVIEW
Operating in a fast-paced environment, tasks will come at you thick and fast and it’s how you manage this that will ensure success.
With Precursive’s new overview capabilities, you’ll get a 360º view of the overall capacity for the week and month. By looking at the Precursive Plan, you’ll see both the granular capacity and the overall blended capacity for the week or the month.
CURRENT FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS
Faster Project Archiving
This new release means archiving a project will no longer be blocked. You’ll instead be able to archive a project with the unapproved timesheet line items without any time logged.
Time Code Deactivation
Now if you’d like to stop using a code, you may just deactivate it. Simple as that. It will be saved in all the projects it was used before and unavailable for any of the upcoming projects.
Autocomplete Roles
For staff members who only have one role in a given project, any new row added to their timesheet will autocomplete.If the participant has multiple roles, options will be listed in the dropdown for you to choose.
