Precursive is intuitive. Sitting within Salesforce the Precursive UI mirrors that of Salesforce. Are you a Salesforce? You’ll be an expert in Precursive too. There is no requirement to learn how to navigate a new UI or features such as a report builder as Precursive is Salesforce native.

Project Managers can link the project pipeline from within Salesforce to their resource demand forecast and soft allocate resources considering variables such as location and skills.
The Project Manager can then measure the budget of the project against time and expense ensuring profitability.
When a project is finalized, users can sign off timesheets and invoice a customer directly from Precursive, removing delays in billing and creating a faster TTV.
Within TaskRay, if it is integrated with Flux Capacity, the project manager will be able to assign resources to projects both planned and confirmed.
TaskRay allows for the right resources to be allocated and for utilization metrics to be measured.
However, TaskRay does not allow for revenue forecasting or for customers to be invoiced directly from the system, thus meaning data must be exported and shared between teams in order to recognize revenue.
Precursive is a one-stop shop for revenue recognition, project health updates, and time tracking. Dashboards are fairly simple to set up, and its native integration with SF is a bonus.
