Precursive is the Kimble app competitor that is Salesforce native, which makes every user's life easier. It allows Salesforce to create a single view of our customers, all within your existing Salesforce organization. This means your team can continue working from within your organization and take advantage of the integrated reporting and dashboard creation that it brings.
Kimble's interface and navigation lack smoothness. Aside from this, user reviews on a software comparison site have also reported system training to be difficult.
The product follows the same user flows as Salesforce, whereas Precursive has a dedicated online training programme in our Precursive Success Hub.
Precursive is intuitive. Sitting within Salesforce the Precursive UI mirrors that of Salesforce. Are you proficient in Salesforce? You’ll be proficient in Precursive too.
Precursive integrates with Salesforce, which we use as a repository for customer information. Easy collaboration with Sales and Support has made it efficient. The efficiency we look forward to, planning the project and collaborating with technical teams easily is definitely at its best. Undoubtedly this has helped us thinking less about project management, more about improvements in different space.

Project Managers can track TTV, customer satisfaction and project milestones all in the same place.
Collaborate with your customers throughout your implementation with our Customer Workspace, assign your customer tasks and allow for the upload of documents and real-time project status.
Kimble does not have a standalone project management function built for this purpose. This means that either project implementation cannot be tracked within Kimble or their PSA tool will be used for a function that it is not designed for. The impact of this internally is that users are likely to use a spreadsheet or another system. As a result, TTV will be hard to track, customer outcomes will become unclear and customer satisfaction will be low.
We have a fast growing team and handle high volumes of projects. We've usually got 3-4 people per project and this tool helps us manage their capacity much more easily. I can see the margin and revenue associated with delivery in real-time which means I'm not waiting till the end of the month to make adjustments
