Precursive is Salesforce native which makes every user's life easier. It allows Salesforce to create a single view of our customers, all within your existing Salesforce organization. Your team can continue working from within your org and can take advantage of the integrated reporting and dashboard creation that it brings.
GREATER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CAPABILITY
GuideCX does not have the ability to track revenue and bill customers from within the product. While there is a resource management section, that does not one for revenue forecasting or demand reporting.
Precursive is intuitive. Sitting within Salesforce the Precursive UI mirrors that of Salesforce. Are you a Salesforce expert? You’ll be an expert in Precursive too. There is no requirement to learn how to navigate a new UI or features such a report builder as Precursive is Salesforce native.
Precursive integrates with Salesforce, which we use as a repository for customer information. Easy collaboration with Sales and Support has made it efficient. Undoubtedly this has helped us thinking less about project management and more about improvements in different space.

USER: Resource Manager
TASK: Soft allocating resource
Precursive is Salesforce native, meaning that the app sits within Salesfore sharing a similar UI. There is no need to log in to a separate product.
Resource Managers are able to link the project pipeline from within Salesforce to their resource demand forecast and soft allocate resource taking into consideration variables such as location and skills.
When a project is finalized, users can sign off timesheets and invoice a customer directly from Precursive, removing delays in billing and creating a faster TTV.
Within GuideCX the Resource Manager will be able to view the capacity of their team and assign projects based on incoming projects.
However, GuideCX is not Salesforce native and therefore the demand forecast is not linked to the resource availability in GuideCX. Our resource manager will need to work from within two separate systems.
When a project is complete, the invoice must be sent from a separate system, leading to slower time to revenue.
The user interface and the integration with Salesforce is what makes it the best tool. Its attractive UI and user friendly features are the best.
