Mavenlink does not have a dedicated Project Management tool with their professional services templates used for implementation tracking.

Project Managers find it difficult to manage multiple projects and large volumes of tasks. With our Project and Resource Management tool, Precursive customers are able to plan and allocate tasks, setup multiple dependencies, milestones and collaborate with customers on project plans and risks.

Precursive is a one-stop shop for revenue recognition, project health updates, and time tracking. Dashboards are fairly simple to set up, and it's native integration with SF is a bonus.

Project Plan set up within Precursive based on a status of an opportunity in real-time. 

Tasks can be dependent on each other and milestones are set. 

Customers are granted access to workspace and onboarding is communicated through this portal, moving customers away from sending information via email. TTV can be easily measured and project progress and shown to the customer on demand, freeing up the time of your team. 

Onboarding manager must use Professional Services timesheet to log time against each onboarding task - can create checklist for tasks however unable to specify that not all tasks need time logged against them.

Tasks are not dependent on each other and while resources can be soft allocated, the integration between Salesforce and Mavenlink is not instant. Plan can be exported as an Excel/CSV. Customers can view the plan, but not be invited to a collaborative space.

Repeatable services processes can be baked into task templates with time estimates. These time estimates automatically become potential time logs, projected project costs and reserved time on Precursive resource availability calendars. It's amazing how one record can provide so much business value!
