BOOKING REASSIGNMENTS
Thanks to your continuous feedback we are introducing a Bookings Reassignment feature - it’s designed to save you time and hustle. You can now easily reallocate the planned work from one person to another. You’re welcome :)
SINGLE BOOKING REASSIGNMENT
When you right-click on a single booking you can reassign it from one individual to another. Just select the name of the person you want to reassign the booking to and it’s all done.
MULTIPLE BOOKINGS REASSIGNMENT FROM A POINT-IN-TIME
You can now reassign multiple bookings from one person at a point-in-time, to another resource. Simply right-click on the first booking you want to reassign, select the name of the person you want to reassign the bookings to, and tick the checkbox ‘This and future bookings’ - this will move all the current and future bookings to the selected resource.
WHOLE ALLOCATION REASSIGNMENT
If you want to move all time allocations from one resource on a project to another, click on the Reassign Booking icon next to the project name, then select the person to which all bookings should be moved to.
N.B. You won’t be able to reassign bookings with actual hours logged against them, nor submitted/approved/rejected timesheets. Furthermore, reassigning bookings that overlap, or those bookings that are in conflict with the joining date of the person you’re trying to reassign the booking to are to be avoided. Wherever possible, the system will suggest a date from which you can reassign the booking.
