• Project Management - Tasks, Task Dependencies, Task Milestones, Task Templates, Gantt and Kanban.
• Resource Management - Resource Plan, Skills, Utilisation, Availability, Time-Off
and Holiday Requests.
• Revenue Management - Resource Cost, Rate Cards, Expenses, Project Financials
• Project Billing - Billing Events and Billing Runs.
• Revenue Recognition - Reporting Periods, Timesheet Periods, Snapshots and
Revenue Recognition.
This license includes 1 schedulable Resource.
Additional users of this product may be ordered only in quantities of 5 or more, unless otherwise agreed in an Order Form.

A Precursive Launchpad product is a bundle of the products listed below:

External Sharing
External Sharing allows you to share Projects with anyone outside of Salesforce using a Public Salesforce Experience Cloud Site. Projects with External Sharing enabled will generate a unique public URL that can be sent to anyone and grants the viewer 'Read-Only' access to the Project. The external viewer will not be required to login with a username or password.
NOTE: External Sharing will enable public access to your Projects, Phases, Insights, Health, Milestones and Tasks as described above. This introduces a potential risk of sharing confidential information. Only share this link on a need-basis and with trusted users. Enabling External Sharing is entirely at your own risk. If you are unsure about enabling External Sharing, you should discuss this within your organization.
This license has Read-Only access to the Precursive platform; which includes the following modules:
• Core Platform – Projects, Phases, Participants, Resources, Roles, Insights, and Health.
• Project Management – Tasks, Task Dependencies, Task Checklist, Task Milestones, Task Templates, Gantt and Kanban.
Use of the External Sharing is subject to the following restrictions, which are contractual in nature (i.e., the functionality itself has not been disabled technically in the Services):
• This product may be used by personnel of companies with which Customer transacts business, including, for example, customers, subcontractors, alliance partners and vendors of Customer. The Precursive Customer Workspace product may not be used by employees or other personnel of Customer.
• External Sharing requires ONE Precursive Licence to be assigned to a "Site Guest User".

Customer Workspace
Customer Workspace allows the Customer User to login to a Salesforce Experience Cloud Site and work with Projects and Phases from the Users Account that have been explicitly Shared with the Customer.
This license has Read-Only access to the Precursive platform; which includes the following modules:
• Core Platform – Participants, Resources, Roles.
It also allows for edit access to:
• Core Platform – Projects, Phases, Insights, and Health.
• Project Management – Tasks, Task Dependencies, Task Checklist, Task Milestones, Task Templates, Phase Milestones, Gantt and Kanban.
Use of the Customer Workspace product is subject to the following restrictions, which are contractual in nature (i.e., the functionality itself has not been disabled technically in the Services):
• This product may be used by personnel of companies with which Customer transacts business, including, for example, customers, subcontractors, alliance partners and vendors of Customer. The Precursive Customer Workspace product may not be used by employees or other personnel of Customer.
• A description of the Salesforce Customer Community License which is assigned with this product when sold as OEM can be found here under License Details
• If sold as ISV the Customer is responsible for providing the required Salesforce Customer Community License

Partner Workspace
Partner Workspace allows the Partner User to login to a Salesforce Experience Cloud Site and work with Projects and Phases to which the Partner User’s Resource has been assigned as a Participant with Project Access Level.
This license has Read-Only access to the Precursive platform; which includes the following modules:
• Core Platform – Participants, Resources, Roles.
It also allows for edit access to:
• Core Platform – Projects, Phases, Insights, and Health.
• Project Management – Tasks, Task Dependencies, Task Checklist, Task Milestones, Phase Milestones, Gantt and Kanban.
This license includes 1 schedulable Resource.
Use of the Partner Workspace product is subject to the following restrictions, which are contractual in nature (i.e., the functionality itself has not been disabled technically in the Services):
• This product may be used by personnel of companies with which Customer transacts business, including, for example, customers, subcontractors, alliance partners and vendors of Customer. The Precursive Partner Workspace product may not be used by employees or other personnel of Customer.
• A description of the Salesforce Customer Community Plus License which is assigned with this product when sold as OEM can be found here under License Details
• If sold as ISV the Customer is responsible for providing the required Salesforce Customer Community Plus Licenses

Contractor Workspace
Contractor Workspace allows the Contractor User to login to a Salesforce Experience Cloud Site and work with Projects and Phases to which the Partner User’s Resource has been assigned as a Participant with Project Access Level.
This license has Read-Only access to the Precursive platform; which includes the following modules:
• Core Platform – Projects, Phases, Participants, Resources, Roles, Insights and Health.
• Project Management – Task Milestones.
It also includes access to:
• Core Platform – Submit Timesheets
• Resource Management – Submit Holiday Requests
• Project Management – Manage Tasks, Task Dependencies, Gantt and Kanban.
• Revenue Management – Submit Expenses
This license includes 1 schedulable Resource.
Use of the Contractor Workspace product is subject to the following restrictions, which are contractual in nature (i.e., the functionality itself has not been disabled technically in the Services):

*Products can be sold as ISV or OEM. If the order form states (+ Platform) after the product name then this indicates that the Product has been sold as OEM. This means that an underlying Salesforce Platform license has been issued alongside the Precursive Product. All Precursive Admin Licenses come with an Embedded Platform Admin User and all other products will come with an Embedded Edition User.

Embedded Platform Admin User
Up to one Embedded Platform Admin User subscription should be ordered for every 50 Users of any Precursive product family (Professional Services Automation, etc.).
Use of Embedded Platform Admin User subscriptions is subject to the following restrictions, which are contractual in nature (i.e., the functionality itself has not been disabled as a technical matter in the Services). Embedded Platform Admin User subscriptions may be used only to configure and administer the Services in support of Customer's use of the Services. An Embedded Platform Admin User subscription may not be used to access, distribute, or use any Salesforce CRM functionality. CRM functionality is defined as access to CRM standard objects through standard tabs, through related lists in custom tabs, through the Salesforce web services API or through reports and dashboards. Salesforce CRM standard objects include campaigns, leads, opportunities, cases, solutions and forecasts.

Unauthorized Use and Remedies
Precursive may review use of any Precursive or Precursive-resold product in Customer’s account, or Salesforce may perform such a review and provide the results to Precursive. Should any such review reveal unauthorized use of the product, Precursive may provide a written notice to Customer of such unauthorized use. Within five days after any such notice, Customer will certify or provide Precursive with evidence that such unauthorized use has ceased. If Customer does not provide such certification or evidence within such time period, or if Customer provides such certification or evidence and a later review again reveals unauthorized use of the product, Customer will pay Precursive, within 30 days of notice of such unauthorized use, the difference between the price charged by Precursive to Customer for the applicable product subscriptions and the then-current list price for the full use of all functionality made available to Customer with such product, for all of Customer’s subscriptions for that product then in effect, beginning with the date of the first violation through the end of the then-current subscription term. Upon payment of such amount, all subscriptions for that product will be converted into full-use subscriptions of the applicable product for the remainder of the then-current subscription term and any automatic renewal terms. Salesforce shall have the benefit of Precursive’s rights and protections in this Product Usage Terms document with respect to the Salesforce Platform (also referred to as Force.com platform) and functionality thereof.

Documentation applicable to Precursive products and services includes, without limitation, and in addition to any Precursive Documentation, the applicable Salesforce Trust and Compliance documentation available at https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/trust-and-compliance-documentation, and its respective usage guides and policies, as updated from time to time, accessible via help.salesforce.com or via the Services.
