THE CHALLENGE.

Patron found that as client requirements become more complex they needed a solution to help manage the process. They started using Asana, however, the difficult of managing between Salesforce and Asana became difficult to manage and created a silo.

OUR SOLUTION.

Patron use Salesforce to communicate with their customers and implementation data is now all in one place having switched to Precursive OBX. Biggest improvement is being able share the project status with clients at a click and have them invested in their own project.
