About the Role

The T&E Specialist will report to the T&E Lead and will be a part of the Customer Success Team working to increase product adoption and value delivery to our customers. Key focus for the role will be collaborating on the execution and continual improvement of the T&E strategy. Working jointly with the Services and Product teams, you will produce training materials and deliver custom training interfacing with all our customer portfolio, consisting of medium to large size Communications, Professional Services and SaaS companies. You will also be responsible for collecting feedback on training delivery and running T&E research to improve and scale our training processes.

T&E Content Management & Creation 

  • Executing T&E strategy by managing, updating, and producing content related to knowledge base, training, and best practice to support the adoption of Precursive across the entire portfolio of customers.

Training for Customer & Employee Onboarding

  • Creating custom presentation decks and delivering training during the Onboarding of new customers

  • Create and maintain accurate contact and activity records in a CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure visibility on each customer interaction

Training sessions with existing customers 

  • Preparing and conducting technical training sessions for existing customers

Management of Precursive Community

  • Contributing to the development of our Salesforce community and management of community groups to drive adoption by encouraging self-service support & training

  • Continuously build and maintain high levels of knowledge in the project management and resource capacity market.

Training Feedback & Research

  • Gathering training feedback and conducting training and change management best practices research across our portfolio of customers.

  • Team collaboration and alignment with Product, Marketing and Support to optimize user enablement & adoption strategy


  • Good communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics clearly

  • Great technical skills and attention to details, ideally familiar with Salesforce and the Salesforce ecosystem

  • Previous experience in knowledge base content creation, including video recording and editing of support articles

  • Comfortable with working independently and managing your own workload

  • Experience in running and managing customer training

  • Great team spirit and willing to collaborate: we work from home, but we work together! We share ideas, build projects together and aim at learning from our experience

  • Preferred previous experience in professional services, a SaaS business or startup environment

  • Would like to contribute to structuring a new function within the Customer Success org dedicated to T&E within a startup  environment.
