Relias was facing challenges with resource allocation and project forecasting, making it difficult to accurately predict workload and assign resources efficiently. Therefore struggling with inaccurate forecasting due to overestimated task hours in templates. There were issues with timesheet submissions and approvals, as well as difficulties in viewing and managing managed service phases.
