The Challenge.

Managing human capital was a priority, as was the ability to view all bookings, billings and revenue management on just one platform. When it came to demand forecasting, Atlantic had no visibility on what work was coming through the pipeline. Not having this insight can cause delays in project timelines, and a diminished capacity to meet demand fluctuations effectively.

Our Solution.

Precursive PSA is used to staff projects, manage capacity and forecast hiring requirements. Atlantic tracks the performance of projects budgets and margins, as well as managing billing to customers. Improved utilization management has driven productive billing. The increase in efficiency by using Precursive has allowed for additional projects to be completed with the same resources, but balanced without overworking staff. This has enabled an improvement in engagement and retention.

In addition, Precursive helps with financial reporting and revenue forecasting which were previously done in Excel with significant overhead. Time is now tracked accurately with quick end of month reconciliation and invoicing to client. Eliminating double entry and reducing time spent validating hours.
